ABOUT CRAIG

TRAINING THE BODY

Sport and Exercise were my passion for many years.
Physical expression is still important to me today.

For much of my early career I worked as a High Performance Coach in Professional Sport.
I worked predominantly in International Rugby with many top teams from around the World.

I have over 20 years experience working in this capacity.

My qualifications in this area include:
– PhD in Holistic Nutrition
– Sports Nutrition Advisor
– Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology
– Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology

WHAT I FOUND IS THAT WE ARE MUCH MORE THAN OUR PHYSICAL BODIES

TRAINING THE MIND

After a while I became more fascinated with the workings of the mind.
What is the mind? Where is it sourced? Why do we behave the way we do?
Initially, I read many, many books on this matter.

I tried many methods of working with the mind including:
– Non-Violent Communication
– Jungian Shadow Work
– Emotional Freedom Technique
– Meditation

I then decided to obtain qualifications and coaching experience in the following areas:
NLP Master Coach
Hypnotherapist
Spectrum Emotional Therapy Coach
Tony Robbins Core 100 Coaching Program

WHAT I HAVE FOUND IS THAT WE ARE MUCH MORE THAN OUR MINDS

BEYOND THE BODY & MIND

For as long as I can remember I have been seeking the answer to the question “Who Am I”?

I have practiced and learnt many forms of Yoga in India and around the globe.
I became a Yoga Teacher.
I have meditated in complete darkness and for many days in complete silence.
I became a Meditation Teacher.
I’ve sat in Satsang with many Spiritual Teachers.
Cleansed and purified my body.
Fasted for for long periods on water.
Explored the vast Science of Tantra.
Healed my own wounds around sexuality.
Explored the systems of Astrology and Human Design.
Practised Conscious Business.

And many other methods in an attempt to clean my own internal hard drive.

WHAT I HAVE FOUND IS THAT WHAT LIES ON THE SURFACE OF WHO WE THINK WE ARE IS ONLY THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG.

UNDERNEATH THIS WE ARE INFINITELY POWERFUL.

EXPLORATION OF MANHOOD

In more recent years I have deeply explored the following questions:

What is it to be a man in this world?
How can I become the best version of myself as a man in this world?
And how can I help other men serve more deeply from within their own hearts?

This has led me to books, poems, prayer, music, film and workshops.
It has also led me to a magical organisation called The Mankind Project.
My time training and working as a volunteer for The Mankind Project continues today.

WHAT I HAVE FOUND IN MY EXPLORATION IS THAT IT IS TRULY AN HONOUR TO BE A MAN IN THE WORLD TODAY.

YES, MANY MEN ARE STRUGGLING, CONFUSED, AND FEELING UNHEARD.
YET THERE IS A CERTAIN PERFECTION TO ALL THIS.
AND THERE IS A WAY OUT OF DISCONTENT,
A WAY OUT FROM OUR HEADS AND BACK INTO OUR HEARTS.

Phil Richards Performance

There are two questions a man must ask himself: The first is ‘Where am I going?’ and the second is ‘Who will go with me?’

If you ever get these questions in the wrong order you are in trouble.
